2008 McCall Winter Carnival

Dear Concessionaire:  

The McCall Chamber of Commerce is excited to invite you to join us as a vendor at the 43rd Annual McCall Winter Carnival from January 25th through February 3rd, 2008. In honor of our local businesses, you are entitled to a special rate for participation in this year’s festivities.  

Space is limited for this event so early registration is recommended!

As it is our goal to make the sign-up process as easy as possible, please see the following detailed directions:

Fill out the Vendor Application Form

1. Sign and Date the Agreement Form
2. Apply for the Central District Health (CDH) Permit – Only applicable for Food Vendors
3. Attach a copy of the CDH Permit
4. Use the fee schedule to calculate your booth cost
5. Don’t forget to include a check payable to: 2008 McCall Winter Carnival or complete the credit card payment form
6. Mail to: 2008 McCall Winter Carnival, PO Box 1046, McCall, Idaho 83638  

Some things to keep in mind:

1. No water will be provided to food booth area.
2. Due to the winter weather be prepared to clear snow or provide traction control at your space.
3. Vendors must use a 12-gauge electrical extension cord. NO OTHERS will be allowed. You are responsible for providing your own extension cord if needed.
4. Booths must be paid in full on or before December 3rd, 2007, if not paid there will not be a booth space available upon arrival.
5. NO REFUNDS for weather cancellations by vendors. The Chamber cannot guarantee weather conditions.
6. The Chamber retains the right to accept or reject any application.  

As a valued vendor you will be invited to attend the VIP Opening Gala on Thursday, January 24th, 2008. This event is exclusively for those sponsors and vendors who participate to help make this event successful. Save the date and look for further details in the mail.
